The sequel...

Okay we have restarted our project yesterday.
We still appraoch it in the same way by putting an object on the 0.5m, 1m, 1.5m spot.
We hope that the project will turn out according to our hypotesis or the same as our first attempt. If not than it will really be very bad and then we have to do it again because it is a different result.

Our Project Update

Hasif here !
We got the result but it was not as we expected.
We were dissapointed as we had to re-do the whole thing.And it takes time and hard work.
Our group leader,Illyas,volunteer to carry out the experiment as he have his own private toilet so no one will interupt the proccess.The expirement will take a few days to for the bacteria to get onto the stick that miss Irene had given us.I hope this time it will be a success.

Our project update.

On tuesday me and Hasif when to check our Agar plates, the results turned not to our favour and so we would have re-do it. If the results turn up the same way, we have to find an explanation to our results.
Now we are all scraching our heads thinking about the results, what if it turns out the same way.

So lets start.
Actually i kinda agree with illyas. we did ask you to come with us to book the lab but you didn't eventhough we went to book the lab during break time since you said you have training in the afternoon. so since we have booked the lab, we still had to go without you because we had not went to the lab twice during the holiday and we didn't want to miss use Mr Thomas trust and Mdm Irene. because the other time when we did not turn up Mdm Irene had already prepared the items for us and Mr Thomas also said that if one member could not make it, there are still another 3. 1 more thing we did not do the project anyhow, i think that we really done a great job and i can't wait for the results.

Wow slow down there fast cat before you bite the wrong things.

We asked you to come to with us and book the lab but you said why not in the afternoon. If we had gone in the afternoon to book for friday you could not come cause you have training and if we have booked it for friday you cannot come also cause you went to support AYG Track finals.

We saboh you? Thats what you are saying but at first it looks like you Saboh'ing us cause you want us to do the project with you so you think we would wait for you. If we were to wait for you then the project would be delayed and we would finish later and we would have lower marks because we have skip thursday and friday.
From here it looks that you want to push the project longer.
So this is just one reason why you DESERVES THE LOW MARKS.

Another reason is You don't on your phone so we cannot contact you.
And were is the teamwork Naqib, you don't provide ideas and ways to do the project so WHO ARE YOU TO TELL ME AND THE REST WHERE IS THE TEAMWORK CAUSE ME, HASIF AND FARIS ALL PROVIDED IDEAS AND WAYS TO DO THE PROJECT BUT YOU JUST KEEP QUITE AND SIT ONE CORNER. SO THIS IS ANOTHER REASON WHY YOU DESERVE THE LOW MARKS.

Sorry for not coming on Thursday because NOBODY told me about the setting up project.Secondly,I had early training thats why i did not come.Oh,1 more thing, can SOMEBODY give me a task!It seems that you guys trying to saboh me and give me a low mark.I have my reasons for not coming to do projcet with you.So.next time,hear my reasons when you guys are trying to do project and don't anyhow do the project without a missing team mate.WHERE IS THE TEAMWORK GUYS???

the photos that were posted by illyas is on 2nd july where my group were working on the scrapping of the toothbrush on the agar solution.
For now we are just waiting for the result which we will know next week and hopefully it will be a successful one.If it does not goes well we would have to redo everything and it takes alot of time and work.Unfortunely,Naqib could not join us on that particular day as he is having early training.He misses the fun that we had as we learn how to make the Nutrient Agar.Im looking forward in having a great time working on this project with my group.

Update on project.

Yello people..
Yesterday we have completed the scrapping of the toothbrush on the Agar Solution now we are just waiting for the results, which we will know next tuesday.
When we were in the lab we had to make the Nutrient Agar.
The materials are Nutrient Broth Powder, Agar Powder, Weighting Boat, Spatula, Conical Flask, Aluminium Foil, 50 Degrees Celsius Water Bath and 12 Petri Dish.

The steps are.....................
1) Use weighing Boat. Weigh out 13g of Nutrient Broth Powder and transfer it into the Conical Flask.
2) Using a Measuring Cylinder, Measure 1000ml of deionised water and transfer it into the Conical Flask. Swirl the flask to dissolve the powder.
3) Use a Weighing Boat. Weigh out 15g of Agar Powder and transfer it into the Conical Flask.
4)Then we gently swirl the flask to mix the contents.
5) Cover the mouth of the flask with Aluminium Foil.
6) Place the flask ino the Autoclave Machine.
7) Autoclave the contents at 121 degrees celsius for 20 minutes.

But we only it until here cause Mdm Irene gave us 12 fully done Nutrient Agar to speed up our experiment. The rest of the Agar creations were done by Mdm Irene.

If we are going to the lab tomorrow Naqib bin Asmin cannot come cause he is going to the Asian Youth Games Track and Field Finals in Bishan Stadium.

Me and my group have already finish the first phase of our project now we are going into the next phase.
We have already collected the bacteria on the 12 toothbrushes.
0.5m, 1m, 1.5m and 2 control variables and one in a drawer.
Now we just have to scrape it onto the Nutrient Agar Solution.
